Prior to joining our organisation, he was associated with Aakash Value Realty Private Limited, Kingstay Real Estate Private Limited, Purana Projects Private Limited and Bluepearls Homes Private Limited. He holds a bachelor’s degree in architecture from Illinois Institute of Technology. Additionally, he is an associate member of the Indian Institute of Architects. Prior to joining our organisation, he was associated with Purna Projects Private Limited and Veer Savarkar Projects Private Limited. He has more than 9 years of experience in the real estate sector.

Nimit Shah is the Vice President, Business Development of our Subsidiary, i.e. Armaan Real Estate Private Limited. He has been associated with our Company since April 1, 2021. He holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from the University of Mumbai. Further, he holds a degree in Marketing from De Montfort University, U.K. Prior to joining our group, he was associated with Om Omega Shelters Private Limited as AVP business development. He started his real estate journey with Jones Lang La Salle and has more than 12 years of experience in the Sales and Business Development.

Pallavi Vishwasrao is the Vice President, Legal of our Company. She has been associated with our Company on retainership basis since April 1, 2022. She holds a bachelor’s degree in law from the University of Mumbai. Further, she holds a bachelor’s degree in commerce from University of Mumbai.
